    I would be thankful for the answer to below question. Sir I have disability certificate with 40 percent benchmark category for mental illness the certificate is valid for two years,sir Iam eligible for pwd quota in government exams or not.

      The more you think about my inability caused by disability, the more you are abusing your time. Because disability is not inability. Even you my disability judger you can’t do everything.
